Appointment Policy: Pioneer Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy recognizes that patients will be running late to appointments because of unforseen problems. However, due to our belief of giving unique and individualized treatment plans to patients, our time is very valuable. We are an appointment based business that requires strict adherence because of the importance of our time for your betterment. Due to this belief, we will have to cancel your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late. We apologize for any inconvenience that this causes for you. Please realize that you would not want a person running late for their appointment to infringe on your time at our clinic with your therapist. Thank you for your understanding. Cancellation Policy: Pioneer Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy understands unforseen circumstances that require you to cancel a scheduled visit to our office. We do uphold a 24 hour notice cancellation policy. Please contact our office within one day of your schedule appointment to cancel. Cancelling an appointment allows a time slot to open which may help one of our other patients. We do hold the right to charge you for a treatment session if you cancel an appointment under 24 hours or do not show for up for a scheduled appointment. Our therapist and athletic trainers time are important and they deserve your respect and consideration.
